They're available for a week after broadcast from the BBC iPlayer. Just go to the home page and follow your nose...
For the radio channels, there's a window with symbols for the various BBC radio channels in it, and from there you can get to alphabetical listings of what's available. Then you can stream the content and listen to it on your computer. As for actual downloads, there are instructions on the site as well.
