I can recall a few other instances. Roger and (Titty?) are shown in SD in "The Knickerbockerbreaker". For that matter, Mary Swainson's shown from front 3/4, IIRC, in "Darning Roger", as ISTR Titty is in "Wax Effigy". And several of the characters' faces are shown in WDMTGTS when they were swimming off Goblin. It might be cheating, but there are several very soot-smeared faces in PP in the illustration of Mrs. Tyson discovering the charcoal-burning operation. I rather suspect there are more that I can't recall.
