Sort of like Mt. Sunflower in Kansas - 4039 feet - the surrounding wheat field is 4038 feet above sea level and to the West it slopes UP into Colorado, so very little "mountain" experience there. I think they have a marker (not a cairn) to let people know they are at the "summit" - and on the Colorado state line!
