Probably a Kodak folder - something like the Junior 620, made from 1933-1939. Film - could have been Kodak, Ilford, or (possibly) DuPont or Agfa. By the '30s it would have almost certainly have been a panchromatic type, with a speed somewhere around today's ISO 50-80.
