Help for a new user???

One of our TARSUS members has been trying to get registered on TarBoard--here is his latest e-mail to me--can anyone help him?

Hi Elizabeth,
Sort of an update: I registered on Tarboard but whenever I try to post anything a new page appears warning of software errors and telling me to report them to webmaster@force9.net. I tried that but only got an automatic reply to the effect that force9 doesn't handle problems by e-mail. Obviously, other people are still posting stuff. I've tried two different computers, two operating systems and two ISPs but get the same result. Now I'm stuck.
