I agree that SA on Radio 4 was OK on the whole, but why for heaven's sake Swallows and Amazons yet again? Why, for example, don't they do WD on the radio - surely this is ideal, with its action mostly on Goblin, sound effects easily available, strong story line, fewer child characters etc. WD is just waiting for someone to do a film or sound adaptation. Could TARS do one, I wonder? Have we any members qualified and interested (with access to finance!) ??
