After Racundra's first cruise Ransome sold her to K. Adlard Coles who sailed her from Riga to Southwold with his wife and described the cruise in his book "Close-Hauled" (published in 1926). As a condition of purchase the name "Racundra" could not be used in this book. She is called "Annette II".
In the introduction to a 1987 reprint Erroll Bruce states that the boat was still sailing in the 1970's but was believed to have been lost in the West Indies.
