Duncan: CONGRATULATIONS on your book! I ordered it right away, and although you offered it as a download, I am still a "real" book reader, who likes to hold it in my hands while enjoying the reading, so I ordered the hardcover copy :-) It will take some time to get here (Oregon, USA) because I am stingier about shipping than I am about owning....can't wait!
Dave: I would be happy to review it for ATR, as long as Duncan doesn't hold me responsible afterwards for any lag in sales! Actually, I can usually find something good to say about any books set in England, with children & adventures.
