surprised you didnt get more response-Im interested,
if not this year, then a year or so ahead ..
the thought of a club-leased house with sail boats,
canoes avail. , that could accomodate
youngsters, (& spouse etc)is v tempting--
e.g. some kind of substantial initial buy-in,
an annual fee, and a 'charge' for people nights,
bring yr own sheets/towels-----
(with an Internet based reservation system !!)
I already am part-owner of a UK private Internet Service Provider
on the same basis (20 members)-we have an Annual meeting & booze-up
, and of course timeshare (dont we all).
Of course, if it makes sense for the Broads,
why not for the Lakes ??? Hint hint.
I would put in around GBP 3000, gladly--
any conveyancers (?) out there etc??
