I'm initially inclined to D. This seems to reflect the roof lines of the old boat-builders' sheds, some of which still remain near the ferry. The others seem a mixture of low, flattened rooflines and collections of smaller buildings.
I was surprised how conventional most of them are (except perhaps C), compared to some of the designs around for other lakeside developments.
