The person from whom the original query came has confirmed that what she saw was the Guardian article from May 2011, and that she had written a further e-mail query about it to the Guardian without reply. I was mistaken in thinking that it might have been a recent article she had seen. So this seems to close the loop. Thanks everyone for responding.
