Amazon UK have advised me that The Lady Who Came to Stay and The Elixir of Life
will be delayed because the book is being printed on demand. This is interesting because
when I ordered my copy there was no indication on the Amazon UK website that it was
going to be 'printed on demand'.
Given the earlier exchanges on the merits of the book, I look forward to reading it.
When I have done so I'll report back.
