I read this part yesterday! The line is, "They calls all sailormen Jack." (from Mr Whittle, the skipper of the Thames Barge 'Welcome' where the twins sleep aboard).
The funny part is that he isn't called Jack, and he only said "Bob" to Old Bob because: "I 'ad to call 'im something."
