The Lock is the pub refered to, although it does have rough track access. Im sorry to hear it is shut down. The Berney Arms on the Yare at the Waveney/Breydon junction certainly has no road access and there is a station about 500yards away. However, moorings are on the main river with considerable wash and tidal rise and fall, a bit exposed for a small fragile craft.
