I had done a little googling about this, but there wasn't much so I wasn't going to post. However, the snippets I found do suggest that in 2008 and posisbly in 2010 there was still an Altounyan Hospital in Aleppo, in the Azizieh district. Two of these snippets are:

and
another reference - this is a spreadsheet with no date on it, but whose properties indicate it was written in 2009 and last updated on 16 Sept 2010.
So maybe the name survived the original building? Intriguing.
