Thanks Peter - I always liked Dick and Dorethea because they were the outsiders who became insiders, doesn't often happen in real life. Also the re-reading, I did so last year and discovered more and changed my view of ones that I didn't much care for.
As for Miller, Goodman and Parker - why destroyed? Real quality in any art form survives, it may go in and out of fashion but retains admirers despite that.
