The alternative way of including the EMAIL ID as camoflaged text had never occurred to me, but it does provide a way to permit that personal touch to information interchanges that is one of the great pleasures of TarBoard. The only "difficulty" with that alternate mode is that a respondant, instead of just CLICKING on the id, now must manually type it in, then on as business as usual.

As it seems to stand now, there are three options, and being options, each can pick his own preference and go with that.

1. NO ID, no personal EMAIL
2. Provide ID in the automated box, respondant clicks on to reply
3. Encode EMAIL ID in text of submission, respondant types it in to reply.

Sound like with these choices, there is enough there to keep everyone happy.

I do admit that the "fait accompli" was a bit of a surprise causing some dismay, somewhat like being cut off at the knees.
