I assume you are referring to Arthur Ransome's books? My understanding is that
the Literary Executors of his estate own the rights; they are linked with TARS but
are not the same thing as TARS or the Board of Trustees. In the U.K. publishing rights
in hardbound are Jonathan Cape, whereas paperback seem to be Red Fox (Random House
Children's Books). In the U.S. Godine publishes a set of high-quality "trade" paperbacks.
Further than that, I have no idea at all.
