Would the person or persons who stole the Tars and Pirate flags from Bank Ground after one of the last gatherings please return them either by post or in Person (if you have the nerve) Mrs Batty was very upset about it. TARS events are for all of us to enjoy and people who steal just spoil it for the rest.
