The info I received came from an article published previously in one of the TARS publications by Jill Andrews. It was She who put me onto Mrs Blacketts name being Margaret and to Peggy being called Peggy because her real name was Margaret after her mother. However the usual practice would have been to give the Mothers name as a middle name and something different for a first name.
