glad to hear a new generation is coming on with the books. i had the same reaction from my nieces here in canada. re-the film, fear not just go to the arthur-ransome.org home page and check the society stall to get that film and others as well as great number of arthur ransome related goodies. i hope you and your family can join tars and really get into the fun.
