I misread my handy-dandy copyright chart! Works published between 1923
and 1964, when published with notice can be renewed for 67 years BEYOND
the original 28 year term for a TOTAL of 95 years. This is regardless of
when the author died, and also dependent on whether the original term was
in fact extended.
Ransome's works won't be going into the public domain for a few years yet.
