Andy, a question: If you hear continual yelps of an animal being tormented next door do you: (1) instal sound proofing (i.e. 'turn the noise off'), or (2) call the RSPCA (i.e. get involved as a sentient human being)? OK, an injured animal may be more urgent than an offensive piece of literature, but for me the principle is the same. To ignore either is to avoid the issue.
