AR has Swallow sailing up the Amazon River (Pull Beck) but according to my information it has not been navigible for over a century although judging by the reed beds at Pull Beck Tarn, it used to be a substantial river at one time, but not at the time of SA. It is only a few feet deep at best. There is no way Swallow could get into Octopus Lagoon (Pull Beck Swamp) unless the farmers have been draining the river. There is some evidence to suggest they have. Does anybody know when the Pull Beck was navigible.
