Note to all U.S. TARS: Despatches will mail tomorrow (Thursday Feb 17) in the U.S.
along with AGM booking forms and Signals from TARSUS. For all thinking of going
to the AGM this May, the Powers That Be (well, Our Hosts on Windermere) recommend
getting your bookings in early as space is limited, esp. accommodations.
