Thanks, Dave, it is certainly of interest to me. Phew, I don't envy you trying to organise an AGM site. Perhaps you could choose one of the half dozen or so 'Ransome-free' states. And only two TARS in Texas? Now if there was only one, you could call it the 'Lone-Tar State'. Sorry!
