Your message about postponement of visit by NB to Ramsgate passed onto EKMT. As to the other matter you mentioned. That is being dealt with and is not a subject for a public discussion forum like TARBOARD. Sorry for delay in reply but your TARBOARD submission was put on the board during the half-term hoilday so there was nobody around to read it. Besides which, although unknown to you at the time, the matter was already in hand. Therefore your message was obsolete.
