How wonderful! A seemingly retrogressive establishment of a 10 mph speed limit is, in fact, very progressive. Can you send some of that enlightened thinking here to the USA?
A troubling problem we've had for a number of years on our lakes has ben the "personal water craft"...the Jet Skis, Wave Runners, etc. Do you have them in the UK? How are they regulated, if at all?
