I currently have the organiser of Shiver My Timbers, Kirstie Taylor, staying with me (at least, she says the whole Scottish committee organised it, but she was the person "on the ground" as it were), who has read this post and despairs slightly as details were given in Signals and the current Despatches. Despite Tarboard's lack of support ;-), it has been a great success, and part of it moves to Abbot Hall in Kendal in time for the AGM.
