In S&A there are passages about the making of the Swallows' own map.
If I remember correctly it is mentioned that one of the places they
named on it was "Titty's Island", a northerly islet off Rio where
the others left Titty for a while as a lookout on the day when they
followed the Amazon after the skull and crossbones incident.
But Titty's Island is not named on any map I have seen in any of the
books. It could well be near Cache Island - perhaps even identical
with it? The D's in WH would not have known about the earlier name.
