The town (away from the Lake) Where Young Billy heard the talk about the houseboat was Bigland (Kendal?).

The town and steamer pier at the foot of the lake was named by Nancy in SD as Low End(Lakeside?).

"You can hear the hounds away at Low End, down by the steamer pier" in "Later and Later"

I have always assumes that tea bay was a name Nancy gave either to Horseshoe Cove on a similar bay on the east side of the lake.
