Dave Thewlis suggests that the Swallows and Amazons film is readily available on video in Pal (european + australian) format, but I have had no luck sourcing one to buy. Does anyone have any ideas where I might buy a one - or even borrow it?
At the moment Amazon.co.uk are selling the Coot Club and Big Six BBC Films together on one video for 12 or 13 pounds. They are great films, very atmospheric and fairly close to the text.
