The subject has been definitely thrashed. But anyways...
Personally I would prefer more books of them as children,
not as adults.
- at least one more "peter duck" title. Maybe they could
go sailing up the real Amazon river this time
- There are several "gaps" in the series time line that
could be filled in (ie: after Swallowdale, after Pigeon Post,
the Easter Holidays before Picts, etc.
- I'll be radical and say that I would hope that "Coots in the North"
were never written. In part that is because unlike A.Ransome,
the three coots were _not_ my favourite characters. Primarily
though, I think that book would just be too crowded with characters
to be workable.
- What might have been interesting, since the "elders" were getting
kind of old toward the end of the series, might be a book with
just Roger, Titty, and Bridget -- and perhaps Dick and Dorothea.
- Definitely more "Peter Duck" style stories though, we need more Gibber.
