(I recall Aubrey de Selincourt had a series based on Burnham on Crouch,
but he is no longer to be found on TheInternet Book Shop, e.g...
altho' I believe he was referenced in a recent Ransome-fan book..;
Gairloch in Scotland, WWII period, also comes to mind from a female
author.. )
