So... If Bob blacket was killed in world war I, and Nancy is 12+ - Does this make Peggy her half sister by person unknown? (Any likely suspects?) Given their differant characters an argument could be made! On the other hand he could have come home from the war severely wounded to die a few years later, as many do after conflict. This would make Peggy a 'Blighty' baby and to my mind is the most likely scenario.
