This is an event that got missed out of the last issue of Signals.
Taking place at the Ellesborough Guide Centre, Butlers Cross nr Aylesbury, Bucks. (OS map 165, ref. 844 065) Avoid Wendover, as they will be having a carnival that day and the roads will be closed. There will be boards out so look for the Guide trefoil; the centre is easy to miss. We are on the campsite.
Arrive at 11am equipped with Alpine rope ready for a steep ascent of Kanchenjunga (Coombe Hill) and bring a picnic lunch for the top. After returning to basecamp, there will be additional activities and crafts. There will be drinks available at the campsite.
You can just turn up, but it would be nice to have some idea of numbers. Contact me please.
