Announcing the formation of STARS, (Student TARS).
At the AGM, I was approached by some members who were too old to be Juniors, but didn't feel like being labeled as APs. They particually felt that there was a gap in the publications between the Outlaw and Mixed Moss. A discussion over scones at Holly Howe resulted in the desicion to create a website aimed at this group.
STARS was launched.
