Well, the Beckfoot yellow flag hoist (or whatever it was) has been
sighted, and we are leaving in a few minutes to drive down to the campground
on Sweetwater Lake, Ga.-- some kids/grandkids managed to wriggle out
of it at the last moment; next year-no mercy! The rest (well, one)
have been warned- casting off boats to protect nesting coots,
re-discovery of the SouthEast Pole, and no doubt Corroboree with face
-paint & sacrifice etc.., force-feeding of pemmican, bun-cake..,
expeditions to Atlanta's Underground for Civilization (???)
