I don't know if it helps at all but the film was originally made by 'Theatre projects films' a part of theatre projects Ltd, who are one of the larger theatrical suppliers in London, and still exist, although they have been sold at least once. Seeing as it was produced by Richard Pilbrow, who is one of the best known British Theatre Lighting designers (now living in America) - he was Lighting consultant to Peter Hall at the national for some time, and also lit many west end shows (which I can't remember the names of at the present).
He currently runs Theatre Projects Consultants (http://www.tpcworld.com/) who may or may not be able to help with your issue.
