In my 1957 reprint, these pages are 378 and 53 rather than 375 and 51.
Owing to the fact that it was the only S&A book not in my local
library's collection, Secret Water was the first book (of any kind) that
I actually purchased. Therefore it holds a special place among my 12
favourites (Well 12.2 now that I've obtained 'Coots in the North').
It is thus sad to report that no TAR has answered my Feb. 14 posting on
the semaphore board. I even had to impersonate Daisy on Mar 2. Still
no-one has come forward to correct me. Where are you, SW fans?
