I've often wondered about where Mrs W lived in Australia, (haven't got page numbers, sorry) but she was variously described as falling asleep on her horse and waking up at home - which would suggest a station of some sort - and sailing in Sydney harbour. Now, unless she had a house in some salubrious Sydney suburb *and* a sheep station out bush, I'm not sure how she could have done both. Shades of the American visitor who (reportedly) finished all his meetings in the morning so he could go to the other side of the island in the afternoon!
