Oxus Books/Hull and Whitlock info sought

I have just got around to reading the three Oxus books which I
bought from John Cowen some time ago. Can anyone suggest resources
(web sites, books, magazines, societies etc) regarding the books
and background info of Pamela Hull and Katherine Whitlock?
I have the usual Ransome sources already.
