As a result of several inquiries here on Tarboard, I have obtained permission
from Dave Sewart to make available the Ransome Semaphore Font he created several
years ago, and which is featured regularly on the front cover of Signals
and familiar to those of us who are TARS members. The URL below will take you to
a very rudimentary web page from which you can download a self-extracting file in
Macintosh format, or a zip file in Windows (Truetype) format containing the semaphore font.
The fonts are copyright to Dave Sewart, and are made freely available by him for
the use and pleasure of TARS and other Arthur Ransome enthusiasts.
