As an ignorant Australian (and I know that most non-Australians will consider the adjective superfluous), I wonder what Susan means in SA when she says, "I'm best at buttered eggs". I thought that they might be the same as scrambled eggs, but in another book (SD?) she says that she promised to cook scrambled eggs for Roger.
Are they two names for the same dish or is there a way to spoil eggs that I haven't tried yet?
