E Region for 'Ebb and Flow' - clear typeface, clear info, no fuss, no gushy language, good photos. Future events clearly signposted. A real treat.
But . . a raspberry to ANOther Region, which used a total of 13 exclamation marks !!! Far too much shrieking. (E Region managed with 2.)
