I'm under the impression that PD was created (or not, see `AR and Capt. Flint's Trunk') by the S&A's during the Winter hols. before SD occurs, while staying on a wherry in Norfolk with CF. Hense dispite the pub. dates PB `existed' before the summer of SD.
