It has indeed been published and many got their copies at the AGM. Your name isn't on the
subscription list in the back which would explain why you haven't gotten one. If you did
subscribe then clearly something happened to your subscription. Ted Alexander has them now
in the Society Bookstall; also you might want to contact Denis Dunstone to see if somehow
your sub got lost.
