And do you know, I found out the publication date myself only last night, when checking the Oak Knoll web site for something else! I've just received the page proofs to examine, after a long delay. The jacket design pictured on the site is neither my design nor my preference, and I hope to have some changes made to it before it goes to press. I understand from Oak Knoll that copies of my book will be available from Ted Alexander, or they can be ordered direct from the publisher.
Inevitably, even before the book is published, I have additions I could make to it. I've promised to compile addenda and corrigenda from time to time and send them to _Mixed Moss_. Of course I'll welcome comments and corrections.
