After many hours of research my web-site is finally up and running; it shows as many versions of the twelve books as I can find (including translations). There's still room for improvement, however, and I'd be grateful for any information about those I might have missed. Please email me with any comments!
I should also point out that I have been down every possible road in order to gain copyright permissions and have received invaluable help from those whose names appear on the acknowledgements page.
