This TARboard link feature seems to be the business. Saves me from having to deal with all that AHREF stuff.
Here's the final link that didn't like being treated as an image.
Let's try a real image in that "Optional Image URL and see what TARboard does with it..! It's a picture of me, looking a bit like Billy Connolly. Probably because it was taken in Scotland.
Also included - my famous black kettle, my boat and two of my kids. Here goes...
